La Manso is looking for a Customer Service & Logistics trainee. La Manso is the fashion brand of designer Adriana Manso. Rings & accesories made of plastic and inspired by 90s designs. La Manso’s pieces have reached the hands of international It-Girls such as Bella Hadid, Miley Cyrus or Dua Lipa and have been referenced by international magazines such as Man Repeller (NY), Vogue UK or Vogue Magazine.
La Manso is an international brand that already sells in more than 15 countries.
As a Customer Service & logistics trainee you will be responsible for:
Customer service via mail (CRM)
E-Commerce orders & returns management
National & International shipments follow-up (influencers, wholesales, clients)
Fullfilment company management
Requirements:
High English & Spanish level (both written & spoken)
Previous experience in customer service, logistics or similar (at least 2 years)
Fast learner, high performance environment lover & problem solver
Organized person
Availability of immediate incorporation
Will be valued:
Fashion lover
CRM knowledge (Zendesk or similar)
E-Commerce knowledge (Shopify or similar)
