The Global Customer Partner Engagement team at Dassault Systèmes focuses on supporting partners and customers worldwide in the adoption of Dassault Systèmes solutions, across CPE partners channel.
Acting as a bridge between global strategy and local execution, the team works closely with partners to ensure they are equipped not only with the right tools, but also with the knowledge, best practices, and enablement needed to successfully address key market segments — with a strong focus on startups and innovation-driven ecosystems.
Through our global partner network, we support the go-to-market and adoption of Dassault Systèmes solutions for startups, helping them accelerate their digital transformation journey and scale their businesses. Our mission is to connect Dassault Systèmes technologies to real startup and industry challenges, fostering innovation, agility, and long-term growth.
As a Business Development & Marketing intern, you will play an active supporting role within the global team, contributing to both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. By supporting partner enablement, pre-sales activities, and startup engagement programs, you will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment, while directly contributing to the development and success of the startup ecosystem through our partners.
Your mission :
- Conduct market analyses to identify high-growth industries and emerging sectors.
- Identify, qualify, and prioritize targeted startup lists.
- Co-build go-to-market and outreach strategies in collaboration with our brands (CATIA, ENOVIA, SIMULIA) and core industries.
- Work closely with Field Marketing teams to generate and nurture lead opportunities.
- Design and run engaging social media campaigns.
- Contribute to the continuous optimization of communication, engagement, and customer outreach initiatives.
We are looking for these skills in the profile:
Final-year business school student with a strong interest in digital, marketing, and innovation.
Eager to actively contribute to the growth and success of the 3DEXPERIENCE for Startups program.
Ability to contribute to go-to-market and partner enablement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional and international teams.
Interest in startup ecosystems, innovation-driven industries, and B2B technology environments.
Good communication and coordination skills to support outreach and engagement initiatives.
Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
