Are you excited about sales, tech, and the power of AI? We’re looking for a Junior SDR to help us optimize lead prospecting using advanced tools and AI-driven Sales Agents. This is a unique opportunity to blend sales with cutting-edge automation and market intelligence.


What You’ll Do

• Identify and qualify potential leads using sales intelligence tools.

• Leverage AI-powered Sales Agents to automate outreach and personalize engagement.

• Work closely with the CEO to define strategy and weekly objectives for monetization and scalability of Teal´s three business models..

• Develop and execute outbound sales campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.

• Track and measure performance metrics to continuously optimize the prospecting process.


What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in B2B sales, lead generation, and prospecting automation.

• Basic experience or familiarity with tools like Clay, Apollo, Sales Navigator or Hubspot is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, AI-driven sales environment.

• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to enhance outreach strategies.

Where are our offices?

We are fully remote! However, our team in Madrid has access to a space at Google for Startups, and in Valencia, we are part of Lanzadera, perfect for occasional team-building meetups 😉


This is hybrid job: 2-3 days in the office


And is this paid?

First 3 months unpaid

Next 3 months paid (possibility of salary + bonus depending on experience)
