- Support in all projects related to Corporate Citizenship, DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion)
- Regular report of initiatives through daily contact with regional office
- Support other business lines with their Cause Marketing initiatives
- Proactive proposal of new ideas
- Optimization of the annual budget
- Communication creative design
- Support development and evaluations of local events and protocols.
- Help coordinate internal events
- Develop projects creativity
- Write articles for the internal web page
- Help gather content for monthly newsletter
- LinkedIn account support
- Help implement CSR Strategy
- Execute local CSR initiatives and projects
- Build and maintain outstanding relationships with NGOs and non-profit local organisations
- Donation’s management: reporting all CSR and charity initiatives into Disney’s reporting systems (Hei Hei, Cybergrants, etc).
- Coordinate volunteering programme (Disney VoluntEARS). Average of 15 activities per FY.
- Organization and development of annual internal product market
