Your Own Mission 
Your main mission, together with the rest of the team, will be to ensure 100% occupancy of our coliving spaces, coordinate the daily operations of the spaces and create a happy community that enjoys all the benefits of being part of the Aticco family.
How will your day to day be? 
We defined the tasks bearing in mind the life cycle of a coliver in Aticco. Take a look:
Colivers Recruitment
– Place ads on Idealista/Badi and other portals.
– Answer emails, phone calls and introduce data in our CRM.
– Arrange and conduct apartment visits.
– Send contracts and ask for documentation.
– Coordinate collections with the support of the administration team.
Pre-openings / openings
– Support product, service and price definition.
– Ensure that the apartment or building is ready to live!
– Coordinate small purchases together with the purchasing accountable.
Day to day operations
– Resolve any incident reported by the colivers in the shortest possible time.
– Coordinate the cleaning team to ensure that all apartments are in perfect condition on a weekly basis.
– Coordinate building maintenance with in-house staff or outside vendors, and execute minor repairs.
– Coordinate laundry service.
– Colivers check in and check out management.
– Create a strong colivers community that participates in the activities and events organized in Aticco.
You’ll rock at Aticco Living if you… 
– Are passionate about the concept of coliving and want to learn about the management of daily operations.
– Love interacting with people, creating community, and energizing activities.
– Feels proud when solving incidents fast and efficiently, helping colivers having an excellent experience with us.
– Preferably if you are studying Tourism, hospitality, events management or similar.
– Speak and write both fluently in English and Spanish.
– Able to move from one apartment to another with your motorbike (gasoline expenses included).
– Student financial aid: around 400€ per month
– Curricular or extracurricular agreement with a university is a must.
