JOIN THE RETAIL DESIGN TEAM IN THE LUXE DIVISION AS A LANCÔME VISUAL MERCHANDISERBehind every great brand, there is a great story.As a Visual Merchandiser for Lancôme-a leading brand and benchmark in the luxury beauty market-you will be a strategic figure within the Retail Design & VM team. Your mission will be to bring the brand to life at the point of sale, creating premium experiences that captivate our consumers and reflect the excellence of Lancôme.You will work hand-in-hand with the Retail Design Manager and in close collaboration with the Marketing, Activation, and Retail teams to ensure the brand vision translates into impeccable and efficient execution.Your Main Responsibilities:
What Are We Looking For?
- Design and Conceptualization: Conception, production, and implementation of temporary and permanent POS (Point of Sale) materials.
- Retail Experience: Development of premium podiums, animations, and window displays in collaboration with Activation teams.
- Omnichannel Strategy: Adaptation of the retail concept according to the distribution channel and customer profile, ensuring brand consistency.
- Project Management and Efficiency: Under the supervision of the RD Manager, you will lead design efficiency, guaranteeing the fulfillment of critical deadlines and rigorous budget control.
- Operational Excellence: Management of 3-axis planograms (Makeup, Skincare, and Fragrance), adapting the design to distribution constraints and the needs of the local market and consumer.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Constant communication with the Marketing, Trade Marketing, Retail, and International departments.
- Supplier Partnership: Production follow-up and negotiation with external suppliers to ensure maximum quality and cost optimization.
What Are We Looking For?
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the design and creation of furniture or point-of-sale materials.
- Sector: Experience in the Beauty or Retail industry is valued.
- Luxury Sensitivity: Strong affinity with the aesthetic codes of the premium sector.
- Technical Mastery: Advanced level in SketchUp and/or AutoCAD.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, influence, and negotiation skills.
- Project Management capability, focusing on prioritization and achieving results.
- Continuous learning mindset and strategic vision oriented toward business objectives.
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary and diverse teams.
- Languages: English level C1 (essential).
