Business Development Intern

Crevel Europe is a leading importer and wholesaler of Mexican and American products in Europe. With a portfolio of 1,400+ products from both mainstream and independent brands, we serve B2B clients across the continent. Our mission is to support food service and retail businesses by providing access to top-quality, authentic Mexican and American products at competitive prices becoming the benchmark for international food distribution in Europe.

Role Objective

We are currently looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to join our team in Madrid and support the commercial growth of the Mexican portfolio. In this role, you will assist with lead management, client acquisition, and strategic commercial initiatives, contributing to the expansion and development of our business across Europe. You will also support the preparation and coordination of key commercial materials and day-to-day strategic activities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Follow-up and conversion of incoming leads
• Hunting and prospecting for new clients
• Support with strategic and operational tasks within the commercial area
• Preparation of presentations, reports, templates, and commercial materials
• General support for business development initiatives

Skills & Competencies

Required / Strongly Preferred:

• Mandatory: Ability to sign an internship agreement with your university or master’s program.
• Professional-level English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Intermediate Excel skills (tables, basic formulas, data tracking).
• Clear communication and teamwork mindset.
• Proactive attitude, sense of urgency, and analytical thinking.
