Global Sourcing Blades Production Special Tools and Equipment Intern (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

As part of our growth we are looking for a Blades Production Special Tools and Equipment Intern to support the execution of global sourcing initiatives across production equipment, industrial machinery, facility CAPEX, and technical services in the Global Sourcing team in Spain, performing relevant tasks as follows:

• Assist category managers and strategic buyers in preparing negotiations, managing supplier interactions, and finalizing commercial and technical agreements
• Support on ensuring accurate maintenance of blades capex sourcing information. CAPEX approval files, and internal databases. Guarantee traceability of supplier communications, evaluation criteria, and decision-making records
• Support internal and external audits by providing the required sourcing documentation
• Create and manage tender IDs for CAPEX projects, coordinate signature workflows (NDA, contracts, investment approvals), and prepare cost comparison matrixes including technical and total-cost-ofownership criteria. Receive and process offers, engineering documents, technical evaluations, and support stakeholders with PR/PO issues related to machinery, equipment, and facility investments
• Support onboarding of industrial and technical suppliers, manage master data updates, vendor creation requests, and bank detail verification. Coordinate qualification steps such as safety requirements, factory acceptances, and quality or compliance documentation
  
  

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Fluent English and Spanish required. Other language is a plus
• Readiness for action, strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• High level of commitment, proactivity and dedication
