Team Introduction

The TikTok LIVE team is looking for an enthusiastic LIVE Agency Operations Intern to support the team. This is a fixed term opportunity (approximately 6 months) that will support the growth of TikTok LIVE agencies in Spain.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

About The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Agency Operations Intern to support the growth and management of TikTok LIVE agencies. This role will work closely with the Account Management team to drive agency revenue growth, operational excellence and ensure high value agency development within the ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Agency Managers in day-to-day management of senior agencies.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., revenue, creator activity, retention, recruitment, etc) to identify growth opportunities and risks
  • Assist in designing and executing growth strategies and action plans for high-potential agencies
  • Track progress of key initiatives and ensure timely follow-up and execution
  • Help prepare performance reports, business reviews, and insights for internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support agency needs and escalations
  • Support the rollout of training programs and best practices to improve agency capabilities

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Experience in Account Management, Operations, Consulting, or Business Development
  • Fluent in Spanish and English to manage Spanish speaking agencies
  • proficiency in Mandarin is required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams based in Mandarin-speaking markets, where Mandarin is the primary working language.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts effectively.
  • Result-oriented, good data analysis skills and strong adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
