Main Purpose
Support the team in coordinating efficient transport, warehousing and supply planning processes. The intern will collaborate with the Logistics Manager and Supply Planning team, contributing to daily activities that impact product availability, customer service and operational performance across Europe. The role offers structured exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations within an international animal health company, while developing professional skills under supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Support transport planning, shipment tracking, documentation control and coordination with logistics providers and customs agents. Assist with invoice review, intercompany transport and communication between warehouse, supply chain and finance.
- Support SAP IDOC monitoring, stock alignment between WMS and SAP, purchase order follow-up and stock level control.
- Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
