This is a new role in the company, so there will be many challenges ahead!
We are looking for a versatile, creative, and hands-on Marketing & Communications Specialist to accelerate EAR’s growth.
So far, EAR has successfully served international data center clients, with a strong track record and multiple success stories. Now, our roadmap includes expanding into new verticals, such as AI cloud providers and other industries.
In this role, you will play a key part in developing brand awareness and supporting our business expansion through the following responsibilities:
- The market, and our customers are international. So the work is fully done in english.
- Growth & Lead Generation: Create digital marketing campaigns to drive inbound leads. Develop marketing materials such as presentations/content/videos to support the team.
- Brand Awareness & Identity: You will lead the new rebranding of EAR and oversee the updates of our new website and more.
- Networking, Events & Public Relations: Identify and apply to key industry events, various opportunities, and incubators/accelerators… Organize and participate events, manage press releases and media outreach.
- Build partnerships: identify and create new relationships with partners like vendors, key influencers, media.
- Content creation: Create content such as monthly newsletters.
- CRM: Build automations, enrich the database, defining and optimizing our CRM strategy to nurture prospects. We use Hubspot.
- Social Media & Content Marketing: Manage social media (Linkedin) engagement to increase brand visibility. Create compelling blog posts, case studies and promote white papers to position EAR as an industry leader.
- Data-Driven Marketing: Track key performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, and lead quality) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Market analysis: Research about market, competitors, and customers. Collaborate on market segmentation, and positioning refinement while analyzing trends in the AI and HPC markets.
Requirements
- Fluent in English is absolutely mandatory. Spanish and/or French a plus!
- +1/2 years of experience in B2B marketing and communication.
- Self-starter, motivated, polyvalent and with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to learn a lot, and tackle various missions
- Interest in AI/HPC and deep computing technology
Extra points if you have… – (NOT required)
- Experience in technology startups.
- Technological knowledge, experience in environments related to Data Centers, AI, Cloud or Industry, will be an advantage.
