We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to oversee the Spanish market and drive high-performing lead generation campaigns in verticals such as health, telecom, and energy. You will build strong relationships with affiliates and optimize campaigns to maximize performance and revenue.

Your responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and manage affiliate partners for the Spanish-speaking market
• Launch, monitor, and optimize lead generation campaigns (health, telecom, energy)
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve results
• Coordinate with internal teams (media buying, design, tech) to ensure smooth campaign execution
• Handle negotiations, payouts, and affiliate communications
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory guidelines
• Represent Adkomo at affiliate marketing events and online communities

Requirement

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Previous experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in lead generation
• Strong understanding of online advertising metrics and performance tracking
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Experience with affiliate platforms or tracking tools is a plus
• Familiarity with verticals like health, telecom, or energy is a plus
