Your Mission
We are looking for a customer service specialist focused on the logistics sector, who will be part of our Tracking team, composed of great road freight professionals.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be the point of contact between carriers, brokers and customers, providing timely and accurate support to the entire team on reporting processes, policies and issues that may arise.
Your Profile
– You are excited about the possibility of being part of an ambitious project and a great team
– Teamwork skills
– Great administration skills
– Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
– Fluent in English and Spanish, any additional language is a plus
What You Will Do
– Registering customers
– Entry and management of orders
– Sending reports to customer
– Control and management of carriers
