Job Description
You will join the Product & Development team at LittleBig Connection, contributing to the evolution and stability of our innovative SaaS platform. As a Software Developer, you will play a key role in driving product enhancements, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring the robustness of our solutions in a dynamic, international environment.
Your LittleBig responsibilities
- Analyze and challenge product specifications to ensure feasibility and alignment with business needs
- Actively participate in product and technical committees
- Manage software development activities, ensuring timely delivery and quality
- Urgently address defects highlighted by the Certification team
- Ensure the continuous update and accuracy of the JIRA activity repository
- Investigate and analyze technical issues and incidents
- Collaborate with support level 2, customer support, business teams, and all stakeholders to resolve problems
- Develop and deploy hot fixes with minimal impact, providing effective workarounds when necessary
- Academical Background in IT engineering or a similar field, with a desire to evolve in a scale-up environment
- Interest in full stack development with knowledge in Java and Angular
- Understanding of the development process, including code review, merge request, and release management with Maven
- English fluent
- Passion for development and technology, with strong motivation to contribute to the evolution of an innovative SaaS solution
- Motivation to investigate and solve problems
- Pragmatic mindset, aware of constraints, and able to propose appropriate solutions
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-starter attitude, ensuring proper sharing of information
- Mastering generative AI such as ChatGPT for improving day-to-day productivity
- Thrive in the new digital business world
