Under the leadership of the Head of Platform you will be doing the following tasks:
- Assistance in the recruiting and management of advisors and operating partners to generate value (we call our network The Hive!): we are building a network of extraordinary individuals specialized in different verticals to help our portfolio companies scale! You will help to grow and manage this network.
- Assistance in recruiting and managing service providers to generate value: as a platform managing multiple companies we can access better terms with services providers (e.g. software tools, headhunters, financial services, etc.) by closing portfolio agreements.
- You will be in help closing agreements and ensuring the portfolio has access to the best benefits. Helping the portfolio to access new clients: as a VC there are countless ways to help portfolio companies grow their sales by connecting them with our network of corporate partners, and our connections in the startup ecosystem. You will help making these fruitful matches!
- Manage the founder’s community: all our founders are part of an online community that aims to trigger learning and collaboration between portfolio companies (after all, they all face the same challenges at different stages!).
- You will support in constantly evolving and managing our founders’ community — a family we feel very proud of! Execute and improve best practice playbooks and processes: at Samaipata we love playbooking the world, and we expect you to do the same while building and scaling our platform. It’s key to leave a footprint of all our best practices!
What the requirements are to apply Academic background:

- Professional experience: This is an internship so no professional experience is required although any past experience will be highly valued
- Bilingual/Native in English: both written & communication skills. Additional languages are appreciated.
