Project Documentation Intern

• Assist in organizing, classifying, and archiving project documentation, including technical documents, contracts and correspondence, etc.
• Maintain project document registers and filling systems in accordance with the company and project requirements.
• Assist in updating document lists
• Coordinate with project engineers and other team members to collect and file project- related documents.
• Support preparation of documentation packages for audits, internal reviews, etc.
• Perform other documentation and administrative tasks as required by the project team.

💼 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline; equivalent work experience will be also considered.
• Chinese Mother-tongue; Business fluency in written and spoken English; Fluent Spanish preferred

Other Valuable Requirements:

• Intermediate to Advanced level of proficiency with Windows OS, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• A great sense of teamwork and ability to maintain fluid communication with colleagues.
• Autonomous and self-starting individual who can work both on their own initiative and within a team.
• Proactive with optimal organization. Detail Oriented with strong organizational skills.
