Description
As a Marketing Graduate for the Iberian Commercial Team, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of commercial marketing initiatives across the Iberian market. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams—including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations—to help drive impactful projects and gather meaningful insights that support business growth.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced international environment, build strong marketing foundations, and contribute actively to the success of commercial programs in Iberia.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of the marketing strategy
- Translate the regional marketing plan into actionable initiatives aligned with local market needs.
- Assist in the implementation, follow‑up, and communication of commercial marketing activities.
- Support in generating analytics and insights that guide marketing execution.
- Conduct performance analysis on projects and campaigns.
- Prepare high‑quality presentations and reports for management review.
- Assist with various ad‑hoc marketing and commercial projects.
- Provide ideas and contribute to improving the design and execution of commercial initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
- Support the team in daily administrative and coordination tasks.
- Ensure smooth operation of marketing activities through reliable follow‑up and proactive support.
Background & Experience
- Finished your Master’s degree, ideally in Marketing or a related field.
- Up to max 6 months of relevant experience (internships included).
- Understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Great organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
- Strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute.
- Hands‑on, proactive, and reliable personality.
- Precise and independent working style with a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong time‑management skills and sense of urgency.
- Passion for marketing and enthusiasm for industry best practices.
- Good level of English and Spanish is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Italian or Portuguese is a plus.
- Full‑time position based in the local office.
- Some travel may be required.
