This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-level institution and gain hands-on experience in the world of Private Markets, working with an experienced and international team with over 20 years of expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring existing investments.
• Maintaining and update the existing data base (collecting and processing data).
• Prepare reporting presentations.
• Contribute to the optimisation, improvement and development of tools to streamline processes.
• Ensure compliance and collaborate with legal and internal procedures.

You will support the Team across all the Private Equity investment process the pre-investment to post-investment stages.

Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics / Physics / Engineering / Economics / Law
• Master’s degree in a Mathematics / Finance / AI (is an asset)
• Knowledge in Private Markets and Finance

Skills:

• Highly organised, detailed-oriented and responsible
• Spanish speaker comfortable working almost exclusively in English (spoken and written)
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising accuracy
• Quick learner, able to work independently with diligence and efficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong team player with the ability to follow procedures and checklists
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Full-time availability
• Strong interest in Mathematics, Law or Finance applied to Asset Management
• Fluency in English and Spanish (Native or Advanced level)

Technical skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.
