Role Description
This is an on-site role located in Vilanova i la Geltrú for an Event Coordinator Trainee. The role involves supporting the planning, execution and coordination of events, collaborating with clients to ensure their needs are met, managing event logistics and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout.
The candidate will also gain hands-on experience in event management and contribute to maintaining the high-quality standards of Gran Villa Rosa.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be currently enrolled in a school or master’s program
- Minimum of 300 hours internship enrollment
- Experience or interest in Event Planning and Event Management
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Familiarity or willingness to learn aspects of a private luxury resort environment
- High organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in hospitality or event-related roles is a plus
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is advantageous
Driving license and own vehicle is required to access the villa
