Support E-Retail sales of Givenchy & Kenzo, contributing to sell-out performance in line with the set ambition. Collaborate with key E-Retail partners, helping to optimize different levers across the sales funnel to better meet the needs of Spanish consumers shopping online.

Job Responsibilities

MAIN DUTIES

E-Retail Account management:

  • Support the execution of the strategy for each E-Retailer, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and the annual E-Retail plan, assisting in the coordination of online campaigns and product launches.
  • Collaborate with key E-Retailers and support day-to-day contact with digital teams.
  • Assist in the coordination of visibility plans in line with brand guidelines (E-visibility, co-created content, GWP activations, CRM initiatives, social media activations, ratings & reviews, etc.).
  • Help conduct follow-ups with relevant digital contacts and support the preparation of end-of-campaign reports to identify best practices and key learnings.

E-Retail Analysis:

  • Support the preparation of the monthly E-Retail report, leveraging NPD and retailer data analysis.
  • Assist in the analysis of E-Retail brand performance by account, contributing to performance tracking and insights generation.
  • Help identify trends and opportunities based on data analysis, and collaborate with internal teams (Product, Commercial, Trade Marketing) to support E-Business needs.

E-Retail Excellence:

  • Support the management of the E-Retail catalogue (product descriptions, product images and brand stores), ensuring alignment with brand image guidelines and contributing to a strong online presence across E-Retailers.
  • Assist in the coordination of novelty launches and catalogue updates across E-Retailers, collaborating with Commercial, Trade & Product teams to help ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Help identify potential opportunities to enhance brand visibility and contribute ideas to support differentiation plans.

Profile

SKILLS: Proactive, analytical & business-driven. Teamwork and detail-oriented Able to work under pressure and tight schedules. PROFILE NEEDED: MAIN STUDIES: Bachelor of Business Administration or Marketing studies. Master’s degree in Digital Marketing is highly valued. LANGUAGES: English and Spanish (Fluent C1). French and/or other languages are considered a plus. IT TOOLS: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite. Photoshop and Canva knowledge is a plus. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 6 months experience in Digital / Account Management IMPORTANT: Must be eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university, full-time.
