Internship (Remote/Hybrid from Barcelona – potential full-time job)

Job description:

As a Sales Development Representative at Daysk, we expect you to be the company responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities. As SDR, you will develop relationships with prospects, acting as their initial point of contact, helping them understand the value and positive impact of our services. You will be primarily focused around profiling potential target accounts and performing outreach through emails, calls, and social media.

In your first 3 months you will:

Get to know your the whole company, set up the tools you need, and become familiar with our processes and coworkers
Have your first interactions with our prospects & colleagues
Build up your experience and activities in the company
Become familiar and learn more about our platform, its features and how it helps our customers
Better understand Daysk’s mission and culture

In your first year you will:

Have become an integral part of the Sales team
Be able to assume your role and its processes, reach our exceed your goals
Propose and implement new or improved processes

What we foresee you doing on a daily basis:

Interact with prospects via telephone and email with a high attention to detail
Meet or exceed assigned quota of a minimum of 40 calls / 40 emails per day
Maintaining all contacts/opportunities and recording all progress in our CRM
Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives
Develop and execute on a strong prospecting plan of attack, including email and call scripts
Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunities
Promoting and marketing Daysk’s products through extensive and persistent cold calling, emails and communication(s) to prospective clients
Qualify and forward those leads who are of good potential to the Account Executives to pursue.
Schedule appointments between prospects and Account Executives
Record prospects and populate their information into our CRM database.
Achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities.

The Sales team is usually the first contact with new or potential customers, setting the tone of our future relationship. It’s a great opportunity to share our vision, culture and the positive impact of our products and services. As a team, we coordinate our efforts to go beyond our targets, optimize our processes and make sure we keep delighting our customers. We also work closely with the marketing and product teams to feed in the feedback loop from our customers into the product development cycle and optimize our sales processes.

Qualifications:

Here are the indicators that this could be a good role for you:

EU work authorization and ability to work from our Barcelona office
Fluency in Spanish, strong skills in written and spoken English is definite a plus
Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to deal with rejection
Desired Passion for developing a career in tech sales.
Goal Oriented High Energy, Team player
