The project!
As a Concessions Merchandising and Planning Intern, you will support the Concessions Merchandising team in the development of Special Accounts across Europe, as well as all accounts in the Mexico market.
What will the role entail?
- Stock management and optimization: Support stock control and optimization across concessions, including monitoring stock movements (transfers, markdowns, promotions) and contributing to efficient stock flow and profitability.
- Concessions and retail coordination: Assist in the coordination with retail locations and partners, supporting end-of-season processes, assortment planning, replenishment needs, and in-store execution.
- Special Accounts & Mexico market support: Contribute to the development and follow-up of Special Accounts across Europe, as well as support all accounts in the Mexico market.
- Sales data analysis: Analyze sales performance and trends to support decision-making and anticipate future product and stock needs.

Requirements
- University degree or higher in Business Administration, Analytics
- Languages: high Level of Spanish and English (min. C1).
- IT Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis tools (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong time-management, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
