Job Description

As part of the deployment of our Eurofins LIMS solution over the South West Region, we need to change the IT-Systems of our Food laboratory in Murcia – Spain. The purpose of the internship is to assist the project leader during the project by:

• Identifying process changes in relation with system implementation
• Review laboratory testing offer so that it fits with the new organization
• Prepare data to migrate from the current systems to the new ones.
• Prepare change management within business
  
  

The internship is based in Murcia – Spain but the mission will lead the trainee to actively collaborate with colleagues from different locations in Europe and possibly travel over there. Ultimately the purpose of the internship is to implement, in relation with local staff and management, a new organization that will increase lab efficiency in a sustainable manner.

Qualifications

Profile:

• You are studying in one of the top high-school
• You have good communication and interpersonal relation skills in an international environment.
• You are at ease with distant communications leveraging a wide array of technologies
• You are rigorous and self-organized.
• You are capable to work closely with others (in dependency with local Business Analyst and/or Lean Manager).
  
  

Skills

• Competence in process re-engineering. Knowledge in LEAN is a plus.
• Usual IT tools.
• Business Analysis and/or project management fundamentals
• English fluent. Spanish is a plus.
