After reshaping the pharmacy ecosystem in Spain, we are now expanding into Ireland and the UK and building the team that will take it to the next level.

Your Mission
As a Trainee Account Manager/Sales, you will be responsible for nurturing pharmacy relationships, driving performance, and ensuring each partner thrives on the LUDA platform.
- Gain a deep understanding of each pharmacys operations, challenges, and goals in order to tailor our support effectively.
- Monitor performance and identify actionable opportunities to improve sales and engagement across all platforms.
- Act as the pharmacys main point of contact, building trust through consistent communication, problem-solving, and follow-up.
- Coordinate improvements across listings, menu structure, and platform visibility to ensure pharmacies reach their full potential.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation to keep internal teams aligned and informed.
